VEYA

FAQ

Getting started

What is VEYA?

VEYA is a mobile top-up service operated by TELEflash GmbH. It lets you add prepaid credit to a mobile number of a supported operator in a supported EU country, paying online by card or another offered payment method. VEYA is a brand name, not a separate company; full company details are in the Imprint.

How do I top up a number?

Enter the mobile number, confirm the country and operator, choose an amount and proceed to payment. You can add an email address if you would like a receipt, but it is not required. You are redirected to our payment provider's page to pay. After payment you return to a confirmation page with your order ID and a QR code. See the Terms of Use for the full process.

Do I need an account?

No. Each top-up is placed as a single order — we do not ask you to register or to give a name. Keep your order ID from the confirmation page, or from your receipt if you provided an email address; you will need it for any enquiry.

Phone numbers

In which format should I enter the number?

Select the country first and then enter the national mobile number without the country code, unless the form indicates otherwise. Double-check every digit before proceeding: a top-up delivered to a valid number that you entered generally cannot be reversed.

Can I top up someone else's number?

Yes, as long as you are permitted to do so. The credit is applied to the number you enter; the confirmation is shown to you on screen, and sent by email if you provided an address.

I entered the wrong number. What can I do?

Contact the support contact listed in our Imprint straight away with your order ID. If the top-up has not been delivered yet we will try to stop it. If credit has already been applied to a valid number, it usually cannot be recalled, but we review every case and will ask the operator whether a reversal is possible. See the Refund Policy.

Operators

Which operators and countries are supported?

The supported EU countries and the operators available in each are listed on the order form. The list can change from time to time; the options shown when you place an order are those that apply to that order.

My operator is not listed. Can I still top up?

No. We can only deliver credit to the operators shown for the selected country. Selecting a different operator for a number will usually cause the top-up to be rejected, and any captured amount is returned as described in the Refund Policy.

My number was moved to another operator. Which one do I select?

Select the operator that currently provides service for the number, not the one it originally belonged to. If you are unsure, check with the operator before ordering.

Is VEYA affiliated with the operators shown?

No. Operator names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to identify the network a top-up will be sent to. No endorsement or partnership is implied unless expressly stated. See the Terms of Use.

Top-up amounts

Which amounts can I choose?

You can choose one of the preset amounts or enter a custom amount within the minimum and maximum shown on the form. Available amounts may differ by operator.

Which currency am I charged in?

The top-up is credited in the currency of the country you are topping up — for example złoty in Poland or koruna in Czechia — while you pay in euro. Both figures are shown before you confirm, together with the European Central Bank reference rate used and its date. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or charges to the payment. In euro-area countries there is only one figure, because the two are the same.

Will the number receive exactly the amount I paid?

The operator determines the value credited. Some operators apply their own fees, bonuses, taxes or currency conversion to incoming credit. Any service fee charged by VEYA is shown separately before you confirm the order.

How long is the credit valid?

Validity and how the credit can be used are set by the operator's tariff, not by VEYA. Please check with the operator for details.

Payments

How can I pay?

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider, [PAYMENT PROCESSOR NAME], on its own secure page.

Does VEYA store my card details?

No. Card numbers and security codes are entered on the payment provider's page and are not stored by VEYA. We receive only a confirmation of the payment result and a payment reference. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

When is my payment method charged?

When you confirm the payment on the provider's page. We start delivering the top-up only after the provider confirms that the payment succeeded.

Failed payments

Why did my payment fail?

Common reasons are a declined card, an incorrect entry on the payment page, a security check by your bank, or a temporary technical problem. You are shown a failure page and no top-up is sent. You can try again with the same or a different payment method.

I was charged but saw a failure page. What now?

Contact the support contact listed in our Imprint with the time of the attempt and, if you have it, an order ID. We will check whether the top-up was delivered. If it was not and cannot be completed, the amount is refunded. A pending reservation that was never captured is released by your bank automatically. See the Refund Policy.

Payment succeeded but the credit has not arrived.

Most top-ups arrive within minutes, but operator delays can occur. Check the balance on the phone and the number shown on your confirmation page. If the credit is still missing after a reasonable time, contact the support contact listed in our Imprint with your order ID and we will check the status with the operator.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?

It depends on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable consumer law. Payments for top-ups that were not delivered are refunded. Credit that has already been applied to a valid number you entered generally cannot be reversed, but we review every request. The details are in the Refund Policy.

How do I request a refund?

Email the support contact listed in our Imprint and include your order ID, the number, the date and amount, and a short description of the problem. Do not send card details by email.

How long does a refund take?

We aim to decide within a few working days; cases that need confirmation from an operator can take longer. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take several further working days to show the amount.

Privacy

Which personal data does VEYA process?

The mobile number topped up, country, operator, amount and order ID, plus technical data such as IP address, browser, device and timestamps. If you provided an email address for a receipt, that address as well. We do not ask for your name. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. See the Privacy Policy.

Who is responsible for my data?

TELEflash GmbH, the company operating VEYA. Data-protection enquiries can be sent to the contact channel listed in our Imprint.

How can I access or delete my data?

Write to the contact channel listed in our Imprint. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. Some transaction records must be kept for statutory retention periods even after a deletion request; the Privacy Policy explains this.

Which cookies does the website use?

A necessary cookie (veya_consent) that stores your cookie choices, and local-storage entries for your theme preference (veya_theme) and last selected country (veya_country). No analytics or marketing cookies are currently active. See the Cookie Policy.

Support

How do I contact support?

Email the support contact listed in our Imprint and include your order ID where you have one. Further options are listed on the Support page.

What should I include in my message?

Your order ID, the mobile number concerned, the date and amount of the payment and a short description of the issue. Never include full card numbers or security codes.

Where can I find the company details?

Full details of TELEflash GmbH, including its registered office and register number, are in the Imprint.
