Regulatory information

VEYA is a brand of TELEflash GmbH and not a separate legal entity. The registration number with the Bundesnetzagentur, the porting code, the service-operator code and the ITU code shown above are corporate and regulatory identifiers of TELEflash GmbH in its capacity as a telecommunications company in Germany. They identify the company in the relevant registers and do not by themselves represent a consumer-facing licence, certification or approval of the VEYA top-up service.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission has operated a platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes. Information on the current status of that platform and on alternative dispute-resolution bodies is available from the European Commission and from national consumer organisations.

We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not currently undertake to do so. We are, however, always willing to try to resolve disagreements directly: please contact the support contact listed in our Imprint or the contact channel listed in our Imprint.

Liability for content and links

We prepare the content of this website with care. We cannot, however, guarantee that all content is accurate, complete and current at all times.
